How long does it take to get a response?
We respond to all enquiries within 24 business hours. For quote requests, we send a personalised proposal within 24 to 48 hours.
Do I need to hire technology, digital marketing and administrative support together?
No. Each brand in the group — Webgate, MBontime and Stratechna IT — operates independently. The advantage of working with us is being able to combine areas whenever it makes sense for your business, with no mandatory cross-contracts.
How does the first meeting work?
It’s a free, no-obligation diagnostic meeting, so we can understand your needs and propose the best combination of solutions — there’s no sales pressure.
Do you work with companies outside Lisbon?
Yes. We serve companies throughout mainland Portugal, with remote services (administrative support, digital marketing) and 24-48h delivery from the online store.
How long does it take to create a website?
An institutional website typically takes 30 business days; an online store, around 60 business days — exact timeframes are detailed in Webgate’s plans.
How does MBontime's virtual administrative support work?
You can hire a monthly hour package (subscription) or pay only for the hours you use (pay-as-you-go). The team becomes operational within 48 hours of signing.
Does the online store deliver nationwide?
Yes, we deliver throughout mainland Portugal. Delivery times and shipping options vary depending on the product and are shown on each item’s page.
What payment methods do you accept in the online store?
We accept credit/debit card and MB Way. All payments are processed securely.
Is there a mandatory tie-in period on secretarial or digital marketing contracts?
No. The MBontime and Webgate plans were designed to adapt to the pace of your business, with no forced tie-in.
How can I get technical support once the service is active?
Via suporte@stratechna.pt or through the Client Portal, where you can track ongoing requests and tickets.

Do you also handle domain registration and hosting?
