Types of cookies we use:

  • Necessary — essential for the site to function; cannot be disabled

3. Personal Data Processed by Service

3.1. stratechna.pt — Online Shop for Computing Products

When you purchase products from our online shop, we collect the data necessary to process the order, shipping and invoicing: name, delivery and billing address, email, telephone number and tax ID (where applicable). Data is retained for the period necessary to comply with current legal and tax obligations (up to 10 years).

Stratechna Account. The stratechna.pt and stratechna.com shops and the customer portal (portal.stratechna.com) use a single account, managed by Stratechna — Tecnologia e Serviços Empresariais, Lda. (NIPC 519 106 385). When you create an account on one of the shops, we store your name, email and password (encrypted) in this single account, so that you can log in with the same details across all of them. Until you make your first purchase of services on stratechna.com, the account only serves the shops: we do not create a customer record or portal access, and we do not send you communications on that basis. Purchases made on stratechna.pt will appear in the portal once the account is activated. You may request the deletion of your account at any time via info@stratechna.pt.

3.2. stratechna.com — Domains, Hosting and Email

To provide domain registration, web hosting and professional email services, we collect the data necessary for account registration, subscription management and compliance with obligations towards domain registration authorities (including DNS.pt and equivalent bodies), and some data may be required to be shared with these entities under applicable legislation.

3.3. Webgate — Digital Marketing

Webgate collects contact data for the purpose of preparing commercial proposals and carrying out website creation, branding, advertising and digital marketing projects. Client data is used exclusively to provide the agreed services and for commercial communications, when authorised.

Data is retained for the duration of the contract and for the subsequent legal period (up to 10 years for tax and accounting purposes).

3.4. MBontime — Secretarial and Advisory Services

MBontime collects and processes data in connection with the provision of virtual and in-person secretarial and advisory services. Given the nature of these services, we may have access to confidential data and information belonging to clients and their companies, which is handled with full confidentiality and used exclusively for the purposes agreed with the client.
