Webgate provides digital marketing services, including:

• Website and online store creation — development of professional websites on CMS platforms with a content management area, hosting on a Cloud VPS server and guaranteed monthly uptime of over 99%;
• Branding — development of visual identity and brand positioning;
• Digital marketing and advertising — management of online campaigns, SEO, social media and paid advertising;
• Maintenance and support — security updates, CMS updates and technical support;

Specific conditions:

• Services are provided on the basis of commercial proposals previously accepted by the Customer, in writing or via email;
• The execution period begins once the award amount has been successfully collected;
• One-off payments: 50% upon award and 50% upon delivery/approval of the final solution;
• Recurring payments: invoiced on the first day of the month in which the service starts/renews, payable in full by the due date stated on the invoice;
• Payments are made in euros, subject to VAT at the applicable legal rate;
• All payments are made by bank transfer (IBAN), MBWay, Multibanco Reference, debit card or PayPal;
• Delays in the delivery of information or content for which the Customer is responsible will result in equivalent delays in the provision of the service, without liability to Webgate and without prejudice to the obligation to pay;
• Changes to the initial project are considered additions and are quoted separately;
• Content published on Customers’ websites is the sole responsibility of the Customers; the Customer guarantees the legality and intellectual property rights of all content it provides;
• Webgate reserves the right not to include content that is unlawful, contrary to public morals, or harmful to its image;
• Invoices are issued in electronic format and sent to the email address registered in the Customer Area;
• Payment term and late payment: Invoices are payable in full by the due date stated on them. Invoices settled more than 8 days after the due date will accrue late payment interest, from the due date until payment, at the legal rate applicable to commercial transactions in force in each half-year (Decree-Law No. 62/2013), plus a fixed compensation of €20.00 per invoice for collection costs (Article 7 of the same law). For consumer customers, interest is calculated at the legal civil rate, with no fixed compensation. Interest and compensation are not subject to VAT (Article 16(6)(a) of the CIVA) and are charged on the following invoice. This applies to invoices issued from 1 November 2026 onwards.
